The plumbing engineer who came today to repair the leaking toilet in our house was very efficient and professional and although the job was proving a bit more complicated that I originally told him he got it fixed in a timely manner and with a smile on his face. I felt really pleased and satisfied with the service I received from John today and would highly recommend him to anybody.
