Went into the Range whilst waiting for DFS to open, had tried to place an order 3 times with them but not once was my call returned. Did not know that the Range did sofas but spotted one that I liked, look after by a sales lady Lorraine, brilliant, not pushy just showed us the sofas and what they did, told us it would be 2 weeks paid and away we. Having just has 2 months of hell with John Lewis and, unable to place an order with DFS I did not have much jhope for the Range. WRONG!! was kept informed of when it would be delivered which was earlier than expected, Texted 1 day to give us a time slot and then again when they were 40 mins. away. If all companies gave just good customer service as the Range has done for us I would be a happy lady. Well done you, will certaily use you again.
