Made an enquiry and had a reply that afternoon with the hour! Had to ask a couple of questions and make some changes to booking and each email was really quickly replied to - the whole process was efficient and professional - now looking forward to an excellent lesson! Thanks Paul - if the lesson is as good as the booking process then I may just end up skiing like a pro!
