Loved that the website had a chat function so I could talk to someone directly + quickly. Efficient + polite team - happily booked us lessons at very short notice. My partner had his first lesson (and first time on skis) with Julia who taught him the basics comprehensively. Then we both had a lesson with Alice who pointed out technical exercises we could practice by ourselves. Both instructors were lovely. Thank you The Snow School!
