Received a damaged treadmill in November and was returned same month. But still fighting to get a refund.
They keep saying the refund has been made to my Klarna account but I don’t have a Klarna account and I used my debit card to make the payment.
The phone number provided doesn’t work so you cannot speak to customer service.
