I bought a elliptical 2in1 cross trainer and bike, the order came, but when we were trying assembling the part together, I was missing the pedal hinge bolt ,arc washer, m12 nut, for my rear stabiliser the 2 set of carriage bolts and washers and m10 doomed nut was missing. I thought did they check that every part was there before sending it totje customer obviously not. As soon as I saw that all those things were missing I email them and was told that my email will be reply in the next two working days. Still waiting, I am very disappointed by the after care service. Would recommend buying there. If you don't want same thing happened to you.
