As with other comments on here I have been trying to ring this company to arrange return of a faulty item. ( Folding treadmill which would never refold as all locking pins too tight to take in and out. ) Have been ringing since Friday..phone line options do not work!! Have sent email, but no response, even from the registered CEO!! Took payment quickly enough. Keeping accurate log of calls in order to take this shower to court.
