I bought a tea towel for my husband for our 2nd anniversary and chose the gift wrapping option as it said it would be wrapped in 'black paper with a gold ribbon'. When the product arrived it was wrapped in pink ribbon. As it was for my husband (a Man) i asked if the ribbon could be changed. I got a very terse reply 3 days later to say that it wasn't possible. In fact they were downright rude. I would never use this company again.
