Wrong colour items were sent for my bulk shipment to Amazon which resulted in back to back returns and negative customer experiences for which my listing got deactivated.
I had to then remove all the stock which resulted in me loosing money on all the ads run for that listing plus the delivery charges & removal costs. The pitty is that when I asked for an apology for this blunder they just wouldn't do it and ignored it like no biggie because their ego is so through the roof.
Very very disappointed !!!!
