Rubbish quality towels. I bought their "Royal Egyptian" 500 GSM towels which are their mid thickness towels apparently. They were awful; thin and small with multiple threads hanging off them. I'd hate to see what they describe as low thickness. They charge for returns so I will keep them but I will not buy from here again
