Purchased the Pro Series 65-70” enclosure in 2018 and needed a replacement part. I phoned customer service and spoke to Andrea who couldn’t have been more helpful. She explained everything and spent about 30 minutes with me after I had another issue. She even asked me to send pictures then consulted with a technician, Joe who ensured I was doing everything properly. I really appreciate all their assistance, patience and expertise and love my outdoor tv enclosure. It’s built extremely well and I would highly recommend their products. Excellent company, great products and outstanding customer service. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
