Just been in to buy a slice of cake to takeaway. I was the only customer at the counter. Waitress ignored me until another customer returned his tray and was asked was there anything else? He kindly directed the waitress to me as I had been there first. She feigned surprise and served me with a slice of tiramisu and walnut cake £4.75! Wow! It was a generous slice but on trying the cake at home I discovered it was dry and pretty tasteless. Will be returning it soon as possible for a refund. Have enjoyed much better homemade cakes for a lot less than £4.75. Very disappointed.
