I used the Reading Branch in the Oracle centre and was served by Andy Koristas. They changed the battery on my Dreyfuss & Co watch, which requires special tools and a water seal test. Not many places have these, particularly the testing equipment.
Andy explained exactly what he was going to do and answered my questions about the testing equipment clearly.
Very happy with the service.
