We were visiting York when I found my relatively new watch had stopped. It was late on in the afternoon close to closing time when I visited the shop. The staff were very helpful with my request and quickly and efficiently sorted the problem. Which turned out to be a battery problem. Nevertheless it appeared to me that the staff were more than happy to help. Great staff
