I found the staff at Watch Lab in York friendly and knowledgeable. They had the equipment available to replace the battery, reseal and clean the casing of my Longines watch on their premises which was wonderful as I didn't have to make a long journey back into the City Centre to collect it at a later date ... they were able to do the work within an hour. I am extremely happy with the service given and will use them again.
