I needed a new battery for my Longines watch. The last time it was replaced it had to be sent back to Longines and took 8 weeks! The Watch lab in York gave me the option of returning the watch to longlines or replacement there and then. I was in a rush that day, but the technician was able to replace the battery within the hour. i was very impressed with the quality of both service and workmanship
