All staff very pleasant and professional and provided me with the information and repair of my watch a Rotary that needed to be reduced in size and new battery they informed to come back if I needed anything esle and the following day went back to the bauchanan galleries glasgow as the watch strap was stll to bgi and they fixed on the spot. Well done
