My Skagen watch needed a new battery. Having received quotes that ranged from £65 - £39 , I was pleased to find out that The Watch lab would only charge £19. The service was excellent and I was reassured that the watch glass would not break. The customer service was carried out with courteousy, humour and efficiency. Thank you.
