Whilst I was a bit dismayed that my Raymond Weil watch didn't just need a replacement battery and needed to be serviced, the staff at the Southampton West Quay branch (Andrew, Keri) dealt with this efficiently and with a positive, friendly attitude throughout my various visits.
The watch has just been handed back to me within the stated timescale and is now back in working order.
