I had been trying to get a new strap for my DKNY watch. I had been to several jewellers and no-one could help me. The person I asked WatchLab knew (sorry I forgot his name) knew immediately what was needed and how much it would cost. He rang me two days later to say that DKNY didn't make a strap to fit anymore but they would make one for me which they duly did and now I am wearing my favourite watch again when I thought it was going to be redundant.
