I bought my fiancé a Citizen watch for Christmas but the strap was not long enough. Jim @ The Watch Lab in Preston could not have been more helpful. Citizen do not make a longer strap!! Jim suggested a couple of options and advised re: size, quality and thickness of the replacement. He then ordered the strap with an expectation of 48 hours delivery. Less than 24 hours later, Jim called and the watch was ready for collection. Jim had also moved the Citizen buckle to the new strap to improve the look and quality. My fiancé and I are delighted with the watch and the service. He will now wear the watch proudly on our Wedding Day next week! Thank you Jim and The Watch Lab!
