Keri was outstanding. She was incredibly informative of my watch model and was very professional and accommodating. The watch battery was quickly replaced and it was working perfectly. At this point I would rate the service as 'very good'.
However after 4 days the watch stopped working. It has been worn on my wrist entirely over the 4 days and has not be subject to any damage or submergence under water. 4 days for £40 is pretty poor.
