Very knowledgeable staff, excellent service and great pricing. I gave my watch in for a new battery, and also purchased the extra clean and polish, which was heavily discounted due to my paying for a new battery. The technician explained the exact process to me and was able to complete the work in the hour. Really good turnaround and the watch works as expected now and looks the part too.
