I took my Guess watch for a replacement battery and new strap to the Leeds branch and was delighted with the service. The lady helped me decide which strap to go for giving great advice and I was able to collect it in just 45 minutes. I wasn't allowed to go until she'd made sure it fitted perfectly and she adjusted it straight away! I've been wearing my watch every day since and would definitely recommend the service at The Watch Lab.
