Nathan was very helpful in giving advice about repairing the two watches. Friendly and approachable. I had an emporio armani watch that needed a new battery and clean and the second was a marc jacobs watch which also needed a new battery. I was assured that the watches would be sealed again after repair.
The overall process for the repair work was quick and didn't have to wait long. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to the watch lab for any repairs.
