After 6 months waiting they have lost my Ebel watch . They wish to replace with a second hand watch.Their website states your watch will be fully insured with Royal Mail . What the don’t say is they will only replace like for like . So beware your watch is Not fully insured at all .
Best to send timepiece to a reputable jeweller !
