Excellent customer service. A bit pricey..£19.95 for a watch battery for my skaagen watch!! But trusted them to do a good job and ready to collect in 45mins, other jewellery needed to send my watch away! They also gave me a 12 month guarantee And said they revealed it so that it would be waterproof again. I needed my watch quickly so paid the price ! Overall I am pleased with service.
