Preston branch/Jim Howard. Excellent service, very courteous staff. Repaired my Tissot which had been messed up by a local jeweller on battery change (poor battery and damaged the chrono function). Gave an estimate of cost upfront, did the job to my complete satisfaction and within the hour/whilst I waited. Also replaced battery in my wife's Tissot at the same time. Both watches cleaned/valeted, sealed and pressure tested to factory standard. Fair price. I have every confidence in this organisation and shall certainly return in future, including trusting them with my Omega, Longines and Breitling watches. Special mention to Jim Howard, who inspired confidence from the outset and with great courteous service, a gentleman.
