Amazing service at the manchester arndale branch. The employees were very friendly and had a good sense of humour.
After the great service i received the first time with the replacement wrist strap from my hugo boss orange, i went back less than a week later with a police executor black steel watch to get the size re-adjusted, and they got it done in a reasonable time frame.
