I was shopping in Silverburn Shopping Complex in Glasgow when I saw ,The Watch Lab , I needed a Battery for my Gucci Watch so asked for a cost , to be honest the cost was the same as The Jewelers across from The Watch Lab but Greer explained what was involved in changing a battery , it's not as easy as taking the back off and sticking a battery in, he also said he would have it replaced within 30 minutes, and true to his word it was , The Jewelers said it would be about 4 to 6 weeks before I got it back, so I would definitely recommend The Watch Lab , first class service and would def use again
