Very knowledgeable and efficient. Flexible with pricing after it was established that the battery was not the issue and a full service was required. The watch was returned much quicker than was anticipated which was good, but perhaps need to be more realistic with the time estimate if possible. I was told it would be circa 8 weeks and in fact it was circa 2-3 weeks. Overall - very impressed and we will use you again.
