Jake I believe to be the young man who served me was polite, professional and very informative. I travelled 40 mins in the car from Guildford to Crawley to get my Cartier watch battery replaced. This was done on the premises with no fuss. I had previously asked 4 jewellers who all gave me time scales of 6-8 weeks. I was so happy the battery could be changed without being sent off. I returned to this company after meeting the manager the week before. Both staff members had been very personable and competent.
