I have used the Watch Lab based at Highcross, Leicester on a couple of occasion's and find the staff to be friendly, efficient and polite.
My first visit was to have a Gucci watch bracelet altered and my second visit was to have a new battery fitted to my partners Gant watch which entailed having the watch re-sealed, cleaned and polished.
I will certainly use the Watch Lab again.
