We found the watch lab in Westquay in Southampton extremely helpful. Mark Wiseman was so reassuring both times we have had used the lab. The first watch was a ladies 'Pierre Cardin' watch and very pleased with the service we were given. Consequently we returned with my husbands 'Tag Heuer' watch. Again very pleased with the battery replacement and cleaning of the bracelet. On both occasions we were very impressed by Mark's knowledge, service and attention. He certainly is a true credit to your firm. Thank you.
