My michael kors watch needed a new battery and when I asked about it at a near by jewellers I was told it would take up to 3weeks as they have to send my watch to the michael kors manufacturers but not with the watch lab they fixed the battery for the same price and it only takes them up to an hour to do it so I was pleased to have my watch back the same day as I was shopping so didn't have to wait about for it good service would recommend these guys.
