Came to watch lab with a broken pin for my watch.nate and Chris(I think) were super helpful and friendly.explained the issue gave me a price and offered to give a deep clean for a reduced price with the repair to avoid it happening again in future and took a link out for me.
All in, it took around an hour and when I returned it was all fixed and bagged ready to go.
Would definately recommend
