I bought a Swiss Army watch (made in Switzerland) for my son whilst I was serving with the Armed Forces in Saudi Arabia. When the battery ran out we visited about 8 well known jewellers in Leicester to have a new battery fitted, none of which were able to get the back off the watch. By chance I was recommended the Watch Lab in Leicester. I must admit that I was very sceptical as the two repairers worked from a small booth in the Shires and not from a high street shop. I was told that they could replace the battery and that it would take an Hour. Still sceptical in view of the many failures I said that I would only pay once they had managed to do the job. To cut a long story short they replaced the battery within the Hour and my son was delighted. I cannot praise and thank them enough.
