My dealings with the Watch Lab have been regular over the last couple of years, not because of any problems, just the opposite. I have regularly taken my personal watches to the Watch Lab for the usual battery replacement, but then came the "big" one when my Longines required a full service. The watch is perfect again with an obvious dedication given to the repair, so much so that the Watch Lab have recently serviced my wife's Zenith and my daughter's Ebel to the same high standard, thereby ensuring great satisfaction from us all.
