I researched online as advised to find a reputable place where I could get my Tissot watch battery replaced. I found the Watch Lab and sent an email, I received a call the next day from Jake (Perry-Olafson) who was very friendly and knowledgable. Turns out the nearest place was Crawley which was close by. They offer an excellent service, a fast turnaround and Jake and his colleague were both very nice. All in all a fab experience and the watch was also cleaned at a small cost on top and looks brand new! Very pleased with the whole service received and I would highly recommend the Watch Lab.
