Visited the Leeds branch to change batteries on my TW Steel and my wife's Gucci. They completed both in a few hours while I went to the shops. Sealed for waterproofing and no need to send back to manufacturers so I was very happy. Really friendly service and the staff seemed to know their stuff about watches in general so I felt very comfortable with them carrying out the work. I will use them for all my future changes. Thanks
