I have been a customer of The Watch Lab in Chester for many years, and on all occasions I have found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. Lorna Stone took care of me on a recent visit when I came to collect my watch. She was excellent with me and the other customers, and I found her to be a very likeable person. My watch is an old 1990's Ellesse swiss movement 100m waterproof, without fail all staff have recognised it, and given good advice about what needs to be done to keep it in good condition. I usually have a battery change and "full service", and have always been very happy from start to finish. My watch, and strap are all in perfect condition. Many thanks to all concerned. There is a reason that the store is usually busy, like myself, satisfied customers return time and again.
