I have a recently purchased Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra quartz watch —one of the older models with white gold batons and the blue dial. After reading the Watch Lab website, I went to the Buchanan Galleries shop in Glasgow to see if they would open the watch up, check the movement, fit a new battery, reseal and pressure test the back. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Colin Stuart did the job for me in little more than an hour, including an adjustment to the length of the metal bracelet. Everything was as it should be, and I will certainly come back again. Very professional.
