I took a Michael Kors watch to Watch Lab after being quoted extortionate monies elswhere and also to replace the full bracelet ( so much for after sales and customer service these days)
Watch lab gave me various fixing options and various prices to fix
all the staff were very very helpful and Louise was mega in fixing within a short time
would use again and highly recommend
