My Ebel watch needed a replacement battery and I took it to the new outlet at Crawley County Mall. I received very friendly and helpful advice and was very pleased with the price which was less that I had found on other websites. The watch was sent away to the workshop and took nearly two weeks to have the watch cleaned, the battery changed and resealed and tested. I will certainly use The Watch Lab again.
