My Longines watch was in desperate need of some attention after it had stopped working. I had previously been told the mechanism was in need of some remedial work. The staff at the Chester branch were really helpful. An initial assessment was completed including contact with a specialist. The watch was sent off for the work to be completed. It was returned in full working order.
