On Sunday 13th March my husband and I visited the Watch Lab at Silverburn shopping centre Glasgow. The service we received was excellent. The technicians were both helpful and knowledgeable. My Rotary wrist watch had the battery renewed and the watch cleaned, all done in an hour. My husband's Breitling wrist watch required a new battery and clean, the process was explained clearly and details of the postage, insurance and return postage given. ..all this with a 12 month guarantee.
