My much loved Longines classic watch required a new battery and a clean. I was recommended to The Watch Factory by a very helpful assistant in Selfridges. Off I went to their Manchester branch in the Arndale. They couldn't have been more helpful. Very knowledgable staff who recognised my watch within a few seconds of seeing it. They were very obviously watch fans. Professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them. Watch arrived back on time and sparkling.
