The guys that served me were lovely! I emailed them initially to get a quote (which they were quick to respond to) and couldn't do enough when I went in. My partners Armani watch was in a state with the hands all broken and the back off, but the Silverburn store did what I thought couldn't be done and repaired it in about an hour! They phoned me to let me know it was ready as I asked and it was value for money I feel. Very happy customer :)
