Quick, friendly and efficient service (I was buying a watch strap). I recently had a new battery installed in my Tissot watch by Mappin and Webb, who charged me £75. Without telling The Watch Lab about this I asked them for a quote for exactly the same work and they quoted me £39. I know where I'll go next time I need a battery.
