I have used the Watch Lab before on a service for my Tudor sub when they had the small store in a Preston mall and I was pleased with the service. This time round it was a bit more than a service, self winder not working being one of the problems, the watch is 25 years old by the way and it has had a hard life. Anyway, tracked the new office down on the outskirts of Preston and met Jim there, we had a chat about what was/was not happening and Jim advised that my watch would be away for approx 12 weeks. When I collected my sub It was like a brand new watch, keeps perfect time and I've treated it to a watch winder as I don't wear it on a daily basis.
